We are pleased to offer access to this free, use-at-your-own-risk network of beautiful mixed-use trails that run through the fields and forest behind this new Oxbow location. The Oxbow Beer Garden is adjacent to an extensive Nordic skiing trail system, formerly known as Carter’s XC Ski, that was built and maintained by the local Carter family for decades. The farmlands surrounding the restaurant have produced exceptional fruits and vegetables for generations and we are continuing these operations to generate ingredients for our kitchen. Our food is complemented by our own farmhouse ales, and select natural wines.

The restaurant specializes in wood-fired, naturally-leavened pizza featuring Maine grains and local, estate-grown toppings. Oxbow Beer Garden consists of restaurant, bar and event space that is located in a renovated 200-year-old barn.
